The Springbrook National Park in the Australian Gold Coast hinterland is a wonderful place to hike. There are many beautiful streams, waterfalls and magnificent trees. Thank you to CM who was there in September 2022 and took the stunning pictures.

We visited the Park but only had time for a short visit. Here are a few pictures taken today. Please scroll down. Clearly the huge Park will reward a visit of several hours. What a beautiful and precious place. Refreshments are available – see last picture.

What beautiful trees. Hundreds of them in full bloom along avenues make a breath taking sight. I grew up with them in Bulawayo in what is now Zimbabwe. Unforgettable.
