Taking a break in Cape Town?
Apologies for my silence. The operation hit me harder than I thought at first and I was very tired and spent most of the time sleeping in-between the rehab exercises. They kept me in hospital and the step down facility for 3 weeks due to some fever (cause not determined), low blood pressure, low blood oxygen, constipation and an issue with my liver – probably attributable to medication. All good now and making progress at home.
